平素よりお世話になっております。
本文のbの選択肢の解説に
b:エストロゲン投与。ホルモン受容体が陽性のケースで適応となる。今回は記載がない上、外科切除という最適な選択肢があるため、選ばれない
と記載していただいておりますが、ホルモン受容体が陽性の場合でも抗エストロゲン薬を投与することはあってもエストロゲン薬は禁忌なのではないかと考えました。
